I just recived my new fenders for my 69' am now wondering how to place the holes for the "SS396" emblems. I figured there are some dimensions with the placement of the holes? thanks - brian

I have old Malibu fenders, don't think that will do you any good.

I got them from a local place in illinois called "Tamras parts" and yes they are new my old ones were too full of bondo from the light cut out to the bottom fromt was almost complete bondo no metal except for a few strips (what a headache)

I bought 2 new 69 fenders from my local chevy garage last fall. GM still stocks them. I have them in the shed now.

I have a brand new pair of GM NOS smile.gif I am selling....under dealer prices....if interested.......

Yes thast great that everybody hasa set of NOS fenders and that everyone seems to just recived them but thats not my question grrr anywho does anybody have an answer to my question?

There are two ways to handle this, If you have an assembly manual...the dimensions are in there to locate the holes, or if someone will make you a template off an original fender from an SS you will be able to position them correctly.....

As black&redss says, the dimensions are shown in the factory assembly manual. I would think Tamraz sells the manuals too, probably about $20. A good investment smile.gif
