I have the killer shop in Long Beach. Martin's Autobody. 825 E 7th Street. 562/437-1441. I saw a Rootbeer brown truck he painted and I was SOLD! He painted my El Camino and it is beautiful. This guy loves his work and knows his cars. You may need to wait in line as he is busy.

Call him up and find out when you can come down for an estimate. The shop is on 7th St. just west of Martin Luther King Blvd. Tell him Dale with the white 65 El Camino sent you. Drop me an email and we'll hook up for you see my ride. I live 10 minutes from you. In fact my car is at Martin's right now getting the engine bay painted.

After you have done your legwork, made your decisions and gotten your results, post an update. I am in the same neck of the woods and will be looking for a high quality paint/bodyman in about 6-8 months.
