Carb . problems-- why when i turn the air mixyure screws all the way in the engine does not change

can anyone tell me if they have used ground-up restoration for the conversion kit from the muncie to the comp, plus shifter set-up

I have it in my car..they shipped it to me missing some critical hardware, and they also fail to mention that there are some other extra parts you will need that are not part of the 'kit' that will cost you additional $ (assuming you are doing a console setup).

Other than that it worked out well..the handle looks factory, shifter works fine.
