It's amazing enough that he lived, but to top it off he got in the back up car the next night and ran the finals!!! That boys got balls of steal!!!

Saw that last night on tivo. I was at a divisional event all weekend and people were talking about it a lot. Holy Smokes it looked violent. Right behind the driver too. He's very lucky.

That was the most unbelievable crash I've ever seen. Wow. And the fact he was ready to race the next day is a miracle. Dale was killed hitting a wall at less than 200 mph. Corey hit that wall at 300 mph.

Wow....that one made me pucker. Amazing testimony to the quality of fabrication on the cars these days. I'm still not sure that I would climb into the seat of one of those top fuel beasts...
