Two questions I have:
1. How hard is it to rebuild a powersteering gearbox?

2. Where does someone find a rebuid kit for the gearbox?

Advance has the kits for under $40. You need a press for the two bearings and an in./lb torque wrench. Difficult to assemble w/out damaging the teflon seals. I made an arbor from a length of dowel to guide the recirculating ball bearings. It's doable
