I am in the process of installing all new body mounts on my GTO (car was painted and finished in 1996 but the prev owner got lazy and didn't replace the bushings). Anyway since I'm taking the clip off I was thinking of having the core support and inner fenders powder coated in semi-gloss black. I had the battery tray done just to see how it would turn out gloss wise and comparing to my existing paint the powder coat appears to have about the same semi-gloss finish. Probably will take pulleys and brackets in at the same time. Anyone else do this instead of painting?

I had everything under my hood powdercoated including the inner fenders. It matched tha painted stuff perfectly and was easy to clean and didn't chip. I highly recommend it!
