I noticed the other day on a Chevelle brochure that the "CHEVELLE" hood emblem was missing. I don't know if this is an actual photo or just an artist rendition - http://www.team67.com/images/Chevelle67.jpg but it got me to wondering. I found some old photos I'd taken of my first 67 Chevelle purchased in Dec. of 67 and I noticed it didn't have the "CHEVELLE" on the hood either. http://www.dalesplace.com/images/chevelle/myblackss_2.jpg Maybe the early production runs didn't have it? Any thoughts?
