I want to repaint my grill on a 67 ss - i have the color sceam and paint, but how do i remove the grill, mine appears to be riveted on. Do i pop the rivets and then rerivet it back on or is there another technique.

Yep, you got it. You need to drill out the rivets and do your thing and then rerivet.

rerivet or get thos screw type rivets,i forgot who sells them ,try a search.

There supose to resemble rivets but they have threads in them so you can take the grile off if you need to.
