Does any one know where i can find gas tank straps for my 71 chevelle concours wagon. From what i can see there is only one strap holding it up and you can see the gas tank on the bottom of the rear quarter panel. The thing is if it takes two straps how do they hold the tank up.

If I recall, there is only one stap holding the gas tank. I can go out in the parking lot and check after work. It'll be ~5:00PM CST or so

There is one strap on the bottom of the tank, and one strap on the front of the tank (the side that is closest to the wheel). To get to the front strap you need to remove the panel between the tire and the tank.
