I can't find a good picture in any books that I have. Here goes, Front door glass installation. I stuck the two rubbers on the glass for ease of installation. Question is about the steel plates. Does the glass get two per side or one? If it gets two per side well then I lost two. Does anybody know anything about this? I also checked the archives to no avail. Thanks, Andrew asfox@netzero.net

Been a long time since I had a door glass out of a chevelle. Am sure someone can provide the answer but if not the best thing to do is buy a factory assembly manual and fisher body. In those you will find how things like that go back together. You can get them on ebay or in yearone catalogs or opg or whoever

If memory serves me correctly, you should have one metal "blade" per window. It runs in the rear vertical channel.

Hey, Yeah I have both those manuals but they show the assembly for the Corvair and Nova.
Well I hope they get one blade because that's the way it's going back together tomorrow.
