The SS badge in the center of my 72 rear bumper was trashed, so I ordered a repo from Year One.
The new one has the two mounting bolts plus a third little plastic alignment pin.
My rear bumper only has two holes. No place for the alignment pin.
I'm assuming that this means that my rear bumper is not original.
I guess I'll just grind off the alignment pin. That has to make more sense than drilling a hole in the bumper, right?
