so whats the lowest temp.to safely spray primer.60 deg. is temp in garage and i am concerned about adhession and cure.thanks mike

Below that 60 the isos start to go dormant, so you are at the lower end that is for sure. I just went out and bought a "MR HEATER" top for a propane tank for $39.99 that works great. It brought my garage up from about 59-60 to 69-70 so if you aren't already using one this may be a way to go. Just TURN IT OFF WHEN YOU PAINT/PRIME. And wait till the fumes clear be for you light it up!
