When using either left or right signal, the lights flash extremely slow. Is the correct solution the flasher relay? If so which one, or should I just replace both?

As a side note what is the correct number for the front turn signal bulb?

Try another flasher and see how it goes. I had a slow signal flash which I traced to a dirty fuse hodler. The extra resistance dropped the voltage and caused the signals to turn on slowly and to flash slowly, too. So, clean the fuse clips while you are under the panel.

The turn on speed is ok, the delay between flashes is pretty long. It seems like the bulb stays off too long. I will have to try another flasher to see what happens. Where is the flasher for this located?

Usually behind the radio, its in that area. the flasher on the fuse box is the hazard flasher.

I was able to fix the problem by changing the flasher relay. It looked like a relatively new one that I removed, but when I installed the new one things ran perfectly.
