What is a three on the tree? Is it a 3 speed auto column shift? Or is it manual on the column? Maybe stupid question but it keeps itching...

TLC=Tender Loving Care, ie if a car ad says "needs TLC" it means the car needs some work, and some dedication to fix up.

Unless you mean "The Learning Channel" :)
