does anyone know of a downloadable wiring harness for a 72 chevelle. Im trying to understand what wires go where in relation to the center console/center shifter - i got a bunch of wirings and am confused like hell

ok looked over the diagrams and i have a couple other questions. I have 2 pinks (1 pink and 1 pink with a white stripe? Also i only have 1 light green wire? Its a center console shifter

i'm assuming your neutral safety switch is console mounted.
light green is to the backup lights. run a HOT wire to it and see if your BU lights work.
pink...HOT to the backup light switch? which is part of the NSS.
pink w/ white... sure its is not a faded purple w/ white?
do you have 2 heavier gauge wires for the NSS? disables starting when in gear?

yes - i have 2 12 guage purples and its definetly pink

2 12 ga. for NSS.
green for BU lights
pink for BU lights?
pink w/white for light?
only 5 wires?
no courtesy light on rear of console? which should be one orange and one white.
do you have a light inside of console?
maybe pink w/white is for light in console?
see if it's hot.
with key off and on.
with lights off and on.
