Well, I Found Out That The Rear End Is Not From A 71 Chevelle, But Rather A 66. It Wont Fit My 69, But Will It Fit My 67 Chevelle. Please Help.

I cant guarantee it but I am sure 66 and 67 are interchangeable. Also I have bolted in a 67 rear diff in my 68 Chevelle with no problem, actually gave me a little more tire clearence on each side.

The '66 has a different spring pad than the '67, but otherwise it is the same.

Its A Miracle, The 66 Rear End Fit In The 69, Thanks For All Your Help, Just Needed The Right Mechanic To Do It. Later I Will Be Looking For A 12 Bolt Posi. Rear For My 67, Any Help Will Be Appreciated. Thanks.
