As most of you know I know nothing about body work. I'm trying hard but still lots to learn. I found a paint gun in my garage, it looks really old. I did have paint thinner sitting in it for god know how long. It would be nice to buy a new one but the budget doesn't allow for any of that right now. So what do you guys think if I cleaned it up would it be ok? Theres a little filter on the bottom and it looks like it could use a new one.… Thanks for the help…

Does it have any brand names or model numbers on it?

It's a craftsman, so my first thought was try and exchange it for a new one. Do they guarantee they're spray guns?

I dont have a model number ( I didn't think to look). But its all AL so I assumed it was old.

OH YEA BABY!
Whole lot O paintin' goin' on!
I just discovered the paint gun and it's awesome. None of that flattened out, spotty look of rattle bombs. Haven't tackled a whole car yet. But it's coming.
