I searched most of last night on this subject but only came up with one related post. When I removed the body mount bushings from my car last year to begin the frame off, I threw away all of the hardware because it was rusty anyways. I purchased a complete bushing set from energy suspension and just realized that I need the sleeves that go inside the middle of the bushings. I read on a post last night to just get some schedule 40 pipe and cut it, but what lengths, are they all the same? I also read last night that Ground up and Year one sell the hardware kit, but it doesn't include the sleeves.
Any help would be appreciated, I am ready to remount the body.

I don't know offhand if a '66 mount kit is different but I just had the mounts replaced on my '72. The kit was complete including sleeves and all necessary hardware. Bought it from John's Classic Parts in Douglasville and had it dropped shipped directly to the body shop that was replacing the floorpans.
