How do I fix it? I looked in OPG's catalog and can't ID this part. Is it the windlace? Both sides keep sagging down. Are these glued on?

I think the part that should be there is a long curved metal piece, held on by metal clips and covers the side edges of the headliner (headliner trim?). Probably only available from a salvage yard.
