I tried to decode my rearend and it doesn't match any of the codes for a 72 Chevelle. The code is KOC 018 2

May not even be a chevy rearend for all I know. Its a 12 bolt, open rearend with a 2:73 or less. Can someone decode this? Thanks.

2=work shift

The year is shown in the casting date. Look facing cover at 5 or 7 O'clock .
Letter for month numbers for day and last digit of year
