I see plenty of universal wiring harness kits on the market, and none of them specify whether cutting or mods are needed to make them fit. I need a blade-type fuse panel that will bolt right in to a 64 Chevelle. Anyone know of one? Thanks in advance!

If it says universal, then they will need cutting and mods. If you need a factory fit harness with a blade type fuse panel most of them should do that for you as they do custom mods to factory fit harnesses. You would have to call and tell them what you want.
