1971 chevelle..I can hear the relay clip when the steering wheel inside is pushed..but horn won't sound..relay was replaced about 1 year ago?any ideas? tests?

With the horn button depressed check for voltage at the green horn wire. If so, the the relay is good. Next, check/clean the connection from the horn to chassis ground. If you've got 12V at the horn wire, and the ground is good, replace the horn.
