check out the "Sean Murphy Induction" web site,he does great stock stage 1,stage 2 mild perf,to stage 3 hot q-jet restos & rblds.

A couple guys here on T/C have used his services with great reults.

One guy here on T/C uses a sean murphy q-jet on a 355 SBC in a street 69 chevelle with auto trans running mid 12's. He said Sean setup the carb exactly as he said he would do,on time and it ran exactly as expected and just blike Sean said it would and he was very happy with Sean's service & wormanship.

I just sent Sean the original q-jet for my 69 chevelle ss 396 for a stag2 resto & rbld . The stage 2 resto/rbld is a re-dye & plate of main carb body & associated linkage/hardware and complete rebuild and mods to enahnace idle for longer dur perf cam, crisper throttle responce, and large neeldle & seat to feed more feul on top end for my bbc due its its higher rpm capability along with higher hp & trq output and more.

The cost is reasonable at apporx $325-$350 depending on what you want ,if you have your own carb like i did it cheaper like $275. seans web site explains all this, his services, and how he got to where he is today with Sean Murpy Induction.

Also, Jerry MacNeish of "Camaro High Performance" web site can restor your q-jet for approx $300-$350 and may other parts too,Jerry ha a good long standing reputation too. and would alo be a good person for your q-jet work.
check out his site to see the great resto work he does, not cheap but not over the top either,he is worth the prices he gets for his work.

Another vote for Custom Rebuilt carbs, I had them do the CCC Qjet on my 86 Monte Carlo SS. Looks and performs as new.
