Is there a way to make a 72 factory tach work with modern electronics( MSD 6A Box with Pro Bilit Dist)

If you call MSD, they will send you a tach filter that will make it work.

Is there a way to make a 72 factory tach work with modern electronics( MSD 6A Box with Pro Bilit Dist)
This is the same ignition setup that I use on my 70 and the factory tach works fine. You have to hook the tach wire to the tach terminal on the MSD 6A Box DO NOT WIRE THE TACH TO THE COIL See pg 2 and 7 in the instuctions here on tachs and pg 5 about coil wiring. http://www.msdignition.com/pdf/6%20series/6series.pdf
