New Cowl hood with flapper,I installed the bracket and vaccume pod, but the arm on the pod is wide and flat with about a 3/8 hole in it, the flapper has a smaller hole about 3/16. I dont see any thing especially made in any of my Chevelle books for this application. Do I have to machine a bolt for this? Any information appreciated,Thanks..

Check your books a little closer, It takes a shoulder bolt.
