Hi all, I was trying to get a round-about estimate, on about how much it would cost to get my car in the body shop for: straigtening of frame, and primer, no paint job. Just an estimated price on what some of you have paid for that so I can know what to expect.

Thanks for any info

You are going to have to be much more specific. How bad is the frame?...what section needs to be straightened? Are they just priming or fixing rust, sanding, etc? Very hard to even give a rough estimate. Give us some more info and I'm sure many people can help you out. Keep in mind however that once you start tearing into the bodywork you have many more surprises than you thought. If you thought you would have 200 hours in body work figure on 400 hrs.

I rechecked the frame, no need to straighten. I have a pic, what would it cost(around) to primer this up?

Approx $15,000 .............

just kidding.

Get some paint stripper at Home Depot and start stripping, then sand/clean, then apply a few good coats of epoxy primer. Your cost ? About $100 and some elbow grease.
