i just bought a 70 chevelle malibu with the orignal 350 with a 2 barrel on it and i was wondering what the firing order of the pistons was. the idiles low and i idels rough.when i am stopped the car wants to stall if my foot is on the gas and i dont have a tech in the car so i am not sure what it is idileing at.any help would be appreciated.and when i step on it some light blue smoke comes out of the exhaust any ideas on what it might be thanks again.

Sounds like it could use a carb rebuild and general tune up to me. Blue smoke usually indicates it's burning oil.
