Just wondering how you guys set your fan pattern for base /clear I have been keeping it cranked down to a 6-8 inch oval when at a 6 inch distance from the wall to test, is this right? Or if I open it up more will I get less runs in my panel? :confused:

That's kind of a loaded question.
It will depend on air pressure, tip size, product viscosity, etc.
I adjust to get the widest possible fan, but still keep it even. Should have a nice EVEN oval pattern.
