I have a perfect match touch-up paint (matador red)for some sratches on my body. Whats the best way to blend/smooth them out? i.e.-I applied the touch-up but it left drip/streak marks.

Next time use the torn end of a plain vanilla paper match.

You can get a paint file from Eastwood Co. available flat, concave and convex. Others probably have these also. They work real well. Allow the paint to fully cure then actually file the run down smooth. Finish with 1000, then 1500 grit paper. Rub out with fine compound.
