i go to thinking the other day, im not sure if it is possible.. but could you put 68-69 fenders on a 70-72? or are the doors differnt too? i think it would look really trick, and differnt if it is posible.

I would have to say no, maybe if you hacked the fenders to MAKE them fit???

ok, yeah it was just a thought, i was looking in mags, to see if the 70-72 doors matched to the back of the 68-69 fenders, but i could get a good enough picture/angle.

Even if you did hack them to go on there the body lines wouldn't match up.

you can put 68-69 ft. clip on 70-72 el camino

yeah i see what ya guys mean, i forgot about the body lines, i think it would look cool though a 68-9 front clip w/ a 71-2 rear bumper on it.

the camino idea would be cool too, never though of that either. i will experiment with models.
