I am getting mixed numbers on this. Its a 136 code but a 396 engine rebuilt big cam speedy =) can it have come with one? Anyway nice paint completely rebuilt drivetrain hotchkiss suspension engine turbo 400 tranny so on. Inside awesome except the lighter is not correct as you can see.The pictures make the seats (interior) look purplish or faded but its pure black and new.The paint is purple lol.New emblems and chrome. cant think of anything else that would make a differnce but let me know.

The color looks more like the berry red metallic of the old 95 impala SS from the pics, if so I like it!

I don't think you could get a BB non-SS in 67.

I have an insurance guy telling me one thing hot rod place telling me another and guides saying another.Your very right about its worth what someone will pay for it =) I need to come up with a number for the "Chrome policy" I know Ill never recover whats been put into it and the couple I have seen on Ebay were clone SS or a four door version and one that looked like it needed alot of love hehe. If I were to sell it or if heaven forbid it were stollen I am supposed to come up with a number yikes! You guys see these all the time I know theres a number I can present.Im a bit subjective as its been my baby as you would be on yours so Im sure im not realistic.

My "Power Team Combinations" sheet by Chevrolet dated September 1966 states 396 available only with Super Sport and Sedan Pickup Models, standard on Super Sport and optional on Sedan Pickups. (El Camino).
