i have a 64 chevelle. It is a lagoon aqua metallic on the exterior (original color) and now I am painting the interior. I am painting the dash the same as the exterior, and then I am painting the pillar post and upper doors a lighter color. I was going to paint the dash to be "flat" without a clear coat, but now I am wondering what the original would have been. Would it look weird to have the dash flat and the upper doors and pillar post with a clear coat? I just wanted to get some opinions. .
