I am in process of installing a 69 gauge cluster in my car. Does anyone have any part #'s for the oil pressure and water temp sending units that will work with the gauge setup?

So far I found AC Delco part #: 15591103..but is there any other cross reference that anyone knows that will allow me to get this part at Autozone, Pep-boys, etc?

Same question for the water temp sending unit...

I do have one sending unit, not sure if its correct for my application though..it is a Borg Warner part #: WT352.

May (or may not) be of help because it's been a while but you used to be able to get both sending units at O'Reilly Auto Parts by just telling them "for guages, not idiot lights.

Unfortunately, we dont have any of these in NJ/PA/Del..But maybe I can call them and get them to send them out to me, might give it a shot..

I've purchased them from CarQuest also. Just go to the parts store of your choice and tell them you want the sending units (oil pressure, water temp) for a 69 Chevelle with gauges. Any parts store should at the least be able to order them for you.

I think these #'s above are for the idiot light setup. I looked at the oil pressure sending unit, and it looks nothing at all like the one shown in the various chevelle catalogs for use with the 69 oil pressure gauge.

I found another one at NAPA..made by Echlin. Part #: OP6638. It cross references with the AC Delco part # 15591103. Dealer wanted $72+ tax for the AC. The Napa part was $29 tax included.

The temperature sending unit I bought was a GP Sorensen TSU5. Again, it looks like what I see in the catalogs, and was listed as being used with gauges. It has a short round terminal. The TSU34 had a flat terminal.

Will see for sure when I start my car up if these are indeed the correct part #'s.

I have the guages and they both work fine. You shouldn't have a problem.
