Would a 67 Pontaic Lemans 2 Door frame be an exact match for my 67 SS? Any issues with this swap?

They are the same and there will be no issues. As long as your SS isn't a convertible, those had a boxed frame.

I *believe* the B-O-P cars were slightly longer (like the El Camino).

Nope ALL the A-bodies were the same!
Elcamino and wagon I believe share the same frame, but the converts and hardtops will swap.

i just dropped my coupe body on a 69 cutlass convertable frame, everything lined up fine.

I didn't mean to say that a convertible frame wouldn't work on a hardtop, they are just different, but they will interchange.

In fact, all Buick Gran Sports in 1965-66 had convertible frames, regardless of whether they were a hardtop, post, or convert.
