Only if it was made in someone's driveway. The SS package gave you a guage pack, buckets and a floor console.

Only if someone pulled out thier nice round gauges and substituted a swept dash. The seat and column shifter can be found on Super Sports.

Half right Quad, my 70 SS came with bench seat and column shifter but all SS's had the round gauges in 70.

the SS package did not come with buckets and console automatically. You could very easily have gotten a bench seat and column shift.

I know for sure that my son's 70 SS came with a bench seat and column shift.

Absoltively, SS's always had round gauges, but could be had with bench seats and column shifters. I have seen a quite a few SS converts like this around here.

Yup,
Bench seats were standard, buckets were optional.

I just have to stir this mud up a little more. The console was an option too. As was the tach and gauge dash which had round, operational gauges. The round, idiot light dash was standard on the SS. The sweep dash means it's another stinkin' (just my opinion! http://www.chevelles.com/forum/wink.gif) clone!!
