This is my first post. I have question about my build sheet. I have a 1972 Malibu 400 convertible, Built in Arlington Texas. This car is loaded with options on the bottom of the bulid sheet on the left side it has "zc courtesy-car 262254516" What does this mean?

It would appear the car was used for some event etc. For instance, like when Buick sponsor's Tiger Woods they would supply cars for big shots to drive during the event.
Once the event is over, dealers are offered the cars to sell. Today they call them program cars, back then it could have been demo's.

Courtesy usually means provided for free. Look at the cars races for instance, Corvette is the pace car for the Indy 500 this year. It safe to assume that Chevrolet is providing courtesy cars to be used by officals and big shots at the even.
So I am confident it was something along those lines. Every year the probably provide many cars for this purposed.
Can you post a copy of the build sheet or send my a copy via email?
The bs should have were it was delivered.
