I'm planning to remove the body from the frame after I replace the forward floorpans and the rusted cowl/window area. The doors have alreay been removed. I was wondering if I should reinstall them prior to lifting the body? I certainly would rather leave them off to save wait and time.

There is no good reason to have the doors on the car when you lift it off the chassis. The doors serve no purpose as far as holding the car together. I striped my 68 to a shell before I lifted it off the frame and placed it on this dolly.
