We shot the whole thing today, door jambs and all. It turned out pretty good. 2 coats of base and 3 of clear. We didn't get the stripes on because we fan out of friggin activator! The plan was to put the stripes on over the base and clear the whole thing. No drips or runs but the vent on the gun cap dripped some clear on a quarter while shooting so we have to sand it out. We also have some primer showing through on the leading edges of the doors because we had the doors cracked while shooting. Oh well, we'll fix it when we do the stripes. I'm going to upload some pics tomorrow. My right arm is tired! Thanks for all the help guys. We are pretty pleased with our first job. It's a LOT better than I had hoped.
