ok this has to be a newbie question but do they not have online ordering or do I have to wait to get a catalog?

For me thats a plus, since i am usually only able to order at night. The shipping on orders $300 or more is free so that saved me some money! From what i heard they are pretty good with everything. Within a day my order was shipped, hopefully i get the shipment soon :) RAMBO Dec 17th, 02, 8:40 PM I'll give a second good nod to NPD- but if you want to order over the phone without a catalog & part number--- BE VERY SPECIFIC describing it to the operator guys. They are pretty good about looking the stuff up by discription, but i've had a few problems were i've gotten the wrong stuff(they have been very good about fixing it through too!) johnd Dec 18th, 02, 9:34 AM that is cool that shipping is free over 300.00 because I have two full quarters that I have to order and shipping gets expensive fast. I order out of their North Carolina store and always get two day service like clock work. I have ordered alot of items in the last year and have only had one item shipped wrong to me. I do wish they had a online catalog to order from though.. 69ragtop Dec 26th, 02, 5:08 PM I will give npd a try on my next order. I have had a bad experience with two companys, company #1 not returning my calls on something I've had backordered. I left a message 1 time. no call, I called back and was told (name omited) would return my call, no call. still dont know if I need to cancel the order and order from another place... company #2 received my order on dec. 16 as of today it still was not shipped out. we are are talking over $1000.00 worth of parts, and no one can tell me why it hasnt been shipped. although they said they would give me 3 day shipment on the order rather than the standard 5-7 days. for no extra money. big deal, its free shipping on $1000+ orders anyway.I just want my parts. my point is customer service before and after the sale is becomming a big deal with me.
