Ive noticed that my car (1968 Chevelle) is missing a bolt from its right side forward front upper control arm.

So I thought no problem, I ordered the bolts from Ground Up. And upon further inspection the the bolts seem too short, but the bolt in the rear of the same control arm seems too long. And the large washer on the backside doesnt touch the bushing. The drivers side is fine. Is this making any sense?

Any help on this would be great
