Since my 327 spun 2 rod berrings and all the main berrings I am having a 350 built. I am looking for advice on which cam I should use. I will basically be using my 66 Chevelle Malibu for pounding the neighborhood streets. I also want to be able to take it on the expressway for longer drives.

Here is my setup:
350 Block
0.030 over 10:1 Forged Pistons
double hump heads with large valves 2.02/1.65
weiland single plane intake
600 Holley
Richmond 5 speed
4:11 rear end (I want to drop this to something more usable with the richmond's 3.28 first gear probably 308 or 342)
3" dual exhaust with flowmasters
1.5" Hooker Headers

Looking for low to mid range power and torque. Any advice would be appreciated.

I would suggest a dual plane intake instead of a single. This will help the low and mid. Just my .02 cents

With your gears and compression you could run a comp xe 274 or a voodoo the same size, it will give you great power all around. If you run a cam like that you may want to think about a 650 double pumper or bigger.
