Would there be a metal brace on the inside of the door pannel opsite the rear view mirror?
Was this an opion built into the car?
My driver door has a metal backing plate in the area the mirror is mounted the pass. door has nothing?
any input will be appreciated!!!

mine was also the same. i don't think there was a bracket on the passenger side because it wasn't standard to have 2 mirrors. maybe.
