I have a 69 Chevelle, I looked at the cowl tag but don't inderstand how to read it.

On the Top of the cowl tag it says, made in Canada.

Where is the paint code and any other good things to look for?

It'l tell you things you never thought existed. The references are consistant and seem to be very accurate.
