i have been saving some money for quite some time now and i need to find a shop to fix some rust and paint my car. i live in washington state and am willing to drive anywhere in the state to get this done. what should i look for in a shop and what am i looking at spending on a top of the line job. i have some minor hood rust and rear quarter panel rust. need all to be preped and to be painted. what would be a time frame on something like this.
