Brian,
I have used POR-15 for the inside firewall and inside the cowl area on my 67 SS. Along with a new rocker and two floor braces. All of this took less that 1 quart. This stuff is really thin. I used a brush to spread it on, but beware, use gloves or you will not be able to get this stuff off your skin.
As for the Marine Clean you will probably need less than a quart (It can be diluted with water if you need to). The Metal Ready only needs to be placed over bare metal so if you are not going to have any bare metal you dont need Metal Ready.
Go to http://www.por15.com they have a good bit of information there.
Good Luck,
Steve

it is amazing how far the stuff goes. I did my front end frame, suspension and firewall with about 2 pints. The best trick i learned was from POR-15 rep. He recommended using small foam rollers. Inexpensive, no maintenance, no brsuh hairs in the paint. When I was done, just tossed them away. Covered more area evenly than a brush did. Good Luck and yes, wheere gloves and protect anything you do not want it on. Laquer thinner will remove it if done immediately

We bought a gallon to do the underside of the 67 SS and had about 1/2 left. It doesn't store all that well so don't get more than you need.
