well the brilliant guy that owned my car b4 me decided to drive over a freshly tared street kinda fast and got tar all up the side of the quater pannels. so the other day i was gonna get this tar remover at work to see if it would work.
i was detailing my car and my dad came home for lunch and said i should try and get it off there (it was almost 1/8 inch thick in areas). then he goes in the garage and gets white gas (colman stove fuel) and a rag. i woundered if it would take the paint off and he assured me it wouldnt. he did it in a lil spot and it worked!!! so after about 2hrs of scrubing it all came off. i was just gonna wait till i got my paint job this summer b4 i took it off, well lets just say im glad we tried that.
im not sure if ne one has posted this topic b4 or not, just thought id share my discovery.
btw i dont have that great of paint, but the interior is almost in perfect condition
