Well, I ended up purchasing the bench seat SS after all. It originally came with a floor shift 3 speed (it now has the Muncie 4), no gauges or tach-but I plan on changing that.
What clinched it for me was that the body was in very good shape because it had been in storage for 25 years, and always a California car.
Oh, and it helped that the motor has zero miles on it. The rear end also is fresh, although Ill be replacing it with an original rear.
I paid $11,000.

Any way, I read Year One advertise that their bucket seat brackets are of thicker gauge than the "flimsy ones others offer"..is this true?
Has anyone compared Year One with Goodmark's brackets?

Did I mention there is no rust on the car?, not even on the frame.
