Top two rows above appear to be casting numbers and last row appears to be casting date? Hopefully picture will show below.

Could be a Julian date, 139 is May 19 - how does that match to your car's build date?

I would expect to see a stamped Julian assembly date on that rectangle shaped pad on the main casting. The casting date looks like I39 not 139, September 3, 1969. That would be too late to be original to a 06A car.
