Hi All

I used to have a SS396 Chevelle ( Blue with factory white stripe down each side of the car , from front to back) . There were a few around here like that . Sadly it met with a bitter end ( while racing in the late 70s) I am in the middle of restoring this CJ5 Jeep I have and I REALLY want to paint it the same color as my old Chevelle . Ya for reminiscence reasons http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif I looked at the color codes already at this site and just cant remember if it was the drk met blue (51)
or the Winward blue(87), or maybe it was a different code . I dont remember it being light than those 2 . But I was wrong once before (hehe) . Anyone of you have a car like this or know the right code ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot Don . Wow , looking at your beautiful Chevelle is like going back in time . It`s identical to the one I had , paint and all . I bought mine off of a car lot in 1977 used for $ 2600.00 Canadian .
