Can anyone recommend someone who can restore a steering wheel?

Here is one I saw at Carlile,Pa. Gary's steering wheel resto. 717-243-5646 . Still having trouble finding the right paint code for the interior trim. I have a marina blue exterior with blue bucket seats. I have the exterior paint code but can't find the code for the iterior paint... ugh! | ||
